The Firs is a small, family-run residential care home in Breaston, between Derby and Long Eaton, caring for up to 28 residents. We are always happy to hear from kind, reliable people who would like to join our team.
Working at The Firs
Because we are a small home, our team gets to know every resident and their family well. Our team includes Dementia Champions, and staff complete experiential dementia training. Each month we recognise a member of staff as our Employee of the Month.
